He made it!

For all you prospective parents out there...Pray for girls :)... That was one of the most difficult things I've done. Sending someone so dear to you away has been an emotional rollercoaster. We know he's doing the right thing and he'll be a better person for giving up this time to serving.

The meeting with the stake presidency last night was very emotional but very good. There was a lot of great counsel given and a lot of high praise for the person Brad is and has become. He had an amazing blessing given to him and I know he'll be strengthened from the promises given.

We finally got around to packing late last night and went to Provo late this morning, had lunch together as a family and did the "curb-side" drop off. Very emotional again, but probably easier on everyone than the old "meeting style" send-off with the formidable phrase, "Parents, this door. Missionaries that door."

We received a generic email tonight from the mission president with his updated mailiing address. Thus far, no email address, though the email said "family only" can send to the email. Friends, please send "snail-mail" to the MTC mailbox address on the left.

Thanks for your support. We know Brad appreciates your love and prayers.

Blake and family
